It's nice to meet you. Starting therapy may come with feelings of hesitation, worry, or doubt and my goal is to support you to create a safe space for us to move forward together.
I am a registered Social worker (OCSWSSW) with more than 20 years of experience collaborating with individuals, couples, and families in various capacities. I have an MSW and an Advanced Certificate in Marital and Family Therapy (AAMFT) and have completed Level 1 and 2 training in Brainspotting. I have also taken various other trainings that support me in my work as a trauma informed therapist.
For your convenience, I have provided and continue to offer both virtual and in person therapy.
